LIMITED HEALTH DEPARTMENT SERVICES

In order to protect our clients, health department staff, and communities and to better shift our focus on our coronavirus (COVID-19) response, the Williamson County Health Department is limiting services to only the most essential public health services. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • WIC (phone counseling only);

  • High risk primary care services; and

  • Immunizations for children and high risk populations.

Please contact us for more details on specific services.  We regret this inconvenience, but we are working to provide a safe environment for high quality care to our patients.  (3/20/2020)

Franklin, Tenn. 06/01/2020 – The Williamson County Health Department (WCHD), All mask distribution activities at the Williamson County Agricultural Center have been canceled until further notice. Free COVID-19 testing will continue at the Agricultural Center (4215 Long Lane) Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Are you new to Williamson County and need your child’s immunization information transferred for enrollment into daycare, preschool or school? Please click here, complete the demographic information requested, and attach your child’s immunization information in PDF format. A separate demographic form will be required for each child you wish to have records transferred.
